What is Self-Care?

 Self-care is any action you take to improve your health and well-being. According to the National Institute of Mental Illness, self-care includes six components:

  • Physical
  • Psychological
  • Emotional
  • Spiritual
  • Professional
  • Social

Our goal is to provide training and resources that address these elements to promote holistic wellness.
